Load carriers can be loaded or unloaded via the HORSTMANN loading idler conveyor. The special low design allows the idler conveyor to be approached by hand pallet truck or electric pallet truck.

In the standard version, the infeed roller conveyor is designed for Euro pallets, industrial pallets and half pallets, at a max. weight of 1500kg designed.

The feed conveyor can be connected under a slight incline, but optionally also with electric or hydraulic lift to the following conveyor level.

The galvanized idlers, with welded double chain wheels, are driven directly by the gear motor mounted on the side. The drive is carried out on both sides with roller chains according to ISO 606 from idler to idler.
