HORSTMANN Stetig conveyors are suitable for fast vertical transport of unit loads weighing up to 25kg. The continuous conveyor is used, for example, to feed material into production lines. It is designed for a temperature range of ±0 °C to +45 °C.

The HORSTMANN continuous conveyors consist of a basic frame made of sectional steel. Four circulating rubber block chains accommodate the carrier platforms (mats), which consist of individual bars, so that flexible deflection is possible. Depending on the requirements, the bars can also be covered with a belt material to achieve a closed surface.

In full transport, the mats are in horizontal alignment. Empty transport takes place in vertical center alignment. The inlet and outlet heights, the mat width and depth, and the number of mats can be adapted to the conveying task.

The drive is provided by an SEW gearmotor (other makes available on request).

The S conveyors are equipped with the appropriate sensor and safety technology (light barriers, initiators, muting system, etc.).
