HORSTMANN troughed belt conveyors type U-Iron are preferably used for the transport of recyclables, compost or other bulk materials.

The stable frame is made of profile steel with screwed-in cross profiles. Due to the segment design, different lengths can be realized quickly. The protective devices, which can be dismantled quickly and easily, make cleaning and maintenance work easier. An example of this is, among other things, a lower belt cover as a truck tarpaulin design. Chutes, funnels and supports of the conveyor are designed according to the requirements.

The HORSTMANN troughed belt conveyor type U-Iron can be used in different design variants as required, for example as a moving or reversible conveyor. Likewise, various accessories such as speed monitoring, misalignment switch, etc. can be selected.
